6/26 Friday-ish Feed Favorites

Maybe it's sleeplessness, a brain that won't stop running, or perhaps the chickens crowing at the crack of dawn, but in the early mornings before the sun comes up I find myself doing my best thinking. Pondering. Reflecting on how the past day and week has gone. Creative brainstorming for what is to come. The quiet time without interruptions allows me to sort through my never ending thoughts for clarity and direction. The stillness is good for the soul.

Taking a step back to reflect allows us to evaluate and edit as we move forward. Life isn't always black and white, but ironically that is the palette I find myself drawn most often for comfort. The contrast provides clarity. It allows what is unique to stand out. It showcases that simplicity and authenticity is beautiful. Life is like business. It is simple. Yet it is sophisticated. In both we are allowed the opportunity to shine, while also provided the direction to improve. It's in how you view the contrast that makes the difference.

This week's #RBFeedFavorites feature black and white spaces that are, no doubt, soul-soothing. Here's to a beautiful start to a fresh new day. Happy Friday-ish.
